There’s no signup fee - simply fill out our Agent Agreement and a W-9 form to get you started as an independent contractor. To succeed, you need the knowledge and extensive training that we are committed to providing for free. Training, both in the classroom and in the field, is highly recommended. The costs of owning a financial services business, online training that prepares you for exams, testing, and licensing fees are at your expense.

Agent/Agency Development

As an agent of our company, you can take advantage of our unique and powerful business platform for support, training and mentorship when starting your own Financial Services business, no matter what your current career or profession may be. We will mentor you and hold your hand until you develop skills and confidence. Whether your goal is to build an agency or you’re content with helping families one day at a time, you’ll be well-compensated beyond what’s offered by most companies out there – with the fullest support available in the industry.

Agency Track

Your earning potential extends when your goal is to build a team of agents. Our leadership development and mentoring program lets you experience hands-on how to run and manage your own agency. We’ll also train your agents and business partners for free!

Deferred Compensation Plan

A unique and attainable benefit to participate in a Deferred Compensation Plan with matching program of some companies.

Agent Eligibility

1 year rolling target production of only $50,000.
Must be a licensed agent of our company for at least 1 year contracted with our carrier partners.
Persistency rate must be not less than 78%.
